Simple Test Plans Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our Simple Test Plans. We take the privacy of our users seriously, and we are committed to protecting your personal data.

Information we collect:

Our Atlassian app may collect the following types of data:

1. Functional Product Data: Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Runs. This data is stored securely within your Atlassian product as either Jira entity properties of Forge records. This data does not leave your Atlassian site and cannot be accessed by Vadarocks.

2. Image uploads are currently stored outside of Atlassian's systems in Cloudflare ( https://cloudflare.com/ ). We will look to move this data into an Atlassian backed system once one becomes available.

3. App usage data: We collect information about how you use our Atlassian app, including the date and time you access the app, the features you use, and the pages you visit. This data is handled by Amplitude ( https://amplitude.com/ ) we don't include any personally identifiable information such as IP addresses or Atlassian ids in our analytics events.

4. Device information: We may collect information about the device you use to access our Atlassian app, including the type of device, operating system, and browser you use.

How we use your data:

The product data we store is used strictly for the functionality of the application. Our analytics data collection helps us understand how Simple Test Plans is used to guide future product development.
